Take an illuminating walk through an ancient Hohokam agave farm guided by Drs. Suzanne and Paul Fish, University of Arizona Emeritii Professors of Anthropology, Curators at Arizona State Museum, and experts on Hohokam foodways. Then taste craft beer elevated by ancient flavors, at Catalina Brewing Company, with the subtle flavors of agave, mesquite flour, White Sonoran Wheat, prickly pear cactus fruit, and other locally-sourced ingredients.

The tour will meet at Tohono Chul Park, ride together to the Marana Agave Farm, then return together to Tohono Chul Park.
