Join Mission Garden for pomegranate snow cones and much more! All questions about pomegranates will be answered! There will be demonstrations of the best ways to open and eat pomegranates, and there will be samples of our heritage white pomegranates as well to taste! There will also be tastes available of the pomegranate wine that was made a couple years back.

Furthermore, there will be Carlos Figueroa of Maiz Tucson, to tell visitors about his corn-to-tortilla demonstration events coming up this fall! Allen Denoyer, from Archaeology Southwest, will be in the garden as well to answer questions about Mission Garden's archaeology and the replica pit house that is being built in the Youth Garden.
