Learn how to harvest wihog (mesquite) pods, when to harvest and from what variety of mesquite trees. See into the milling process and learn cooking techniques and common preparations.

Members of the Tohono O'odham Nation and sister tribes can participate in the pay-by-the-pound program and earn $2/lb for wihog brought to the farm. You must attend a workshop to participate in the program.
