Free with entrance to the garden. We'll be firing up the roasting pit, preparing the agaves, and sealing the agave hearts in to cook! There will be agave talks by notable researchers and authors such as Drs. Paul and Suzy Fish, Gary Nabhan, Martha Burgess, Greg Starr, and others. There also will be information tables, activities for kids, and a plant sale (including plants from Borderlands Restoration Network that you can pre-order).
