You will have a chance to listen and share experience with Native American farmers, ranchers, herbalists, educators, community organizers and activists from the South West and Mid West, enjoy food prepared by the best of Native American chefs, learn from potters and Basketweavers and also participate in the famous saguaro fruit harvest and learn how to make sitol, the saguaro fruit syrup.
