2022 SW Native Foodways Gathering

Join the Ajo Center for Sustainable Ariculture on June 23-25th for the 2022 Southwest Native Foodways Gathering! Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be in-person with limited space available. You will have a chance to listen and share experience with Native American farmers, ranchers, herbalists, educators, community organizers and activists from the South West and Mid West, enjoy food prepared by the best of Native American chefs, learn from potters and Basketweavers and also participate in the famous saguaro fruit harvest and learn how to make sitol, the saguaro fruit syrup.

The event is free for all, donations are always appreciated.
