Tucson City of Gastronomy and FORGE are launching an exciting new program for food entrepreneurs  - The Business of Heritage Foods. Held every second Thursday in downtown tucson, the series highlights speakers from the local food industry, sampling from local purveyors, and an invitation to one-on-one business mentoring and complimentary co-working in the FORGE Hub.  The series is free to attend and open to everyone.  Have a food business, thinking about having a food business, or just curious to learn how to do more to strengthen heritage foods in Southern Arizona?  Join us January 12th for the first event.
