Tucson City of Gastronomy and FORGE are launching an exciting new program for food entrepreneurs - The Business of Heritage Foods. Held every second Thursday in downtown tucson, the series highlights speakers from the local food industry, sampling from local purveyors, and an invitation to one-on-one business mentoring and complimentary co-working in the FORGE Hub. The series is free to attend and open to everyone.
