Mission Garden will demonstrate the traditional way that wheat was harvested, threshed, winnowed and ground into flour with traditional tools at this festival! This is part of the mission of Mission Garden, to recreate traditional agriculture of many eras of our 4,100-year agrarian and culinary history. Furthermore, there will be a feast including Pozole de Trigo! There will also be plants and bread for sale.
