On the menu: make your own mocktail using prickly pear juice and other fruit juices, flavored sparkling water and limes; Chicken with Prickly Pear Citrus Marinade and Sauce; French Green Lentil Salad with Napalitos and Prickly Pear and Peach Ice Cream with Mesquite Crumble.
