TCoG Certified Restaurants, Artisans, Caterers, and Retailers are recognized for a commitment to localism, heritage ingredients, sustainability, responsible business practices, and giving back to the community.
Chef Ambassador Program
This program will train local chefs to represent our UNESCO-designated City of Gastronomy both in the Tucson community and abroad at events held by our sister Cities of Gastronomy.
Heritage Food Lab
The heritage food start-up lab is for food entrepreneurs interested in incorporating heritage foods into their business, and for foodies and farmers wondering how to develop their heritage food idea and launch their business.
Breads of The Creative Cities
The goal of this project is to document and promote the bread baking traditions of UNESCO Creative Cities around the world with the support of Krakow City of Literature, Fabriano, Creative City of Craft and Folk Art, and Puebla, Creative City of Design.
