Join us again this year for our festival about all things quince! Membrillo Fest celebrates the return to our cuisine of this wonderful fruit! Fun for the whole family! There will be quince fruit and quince trees for sale. Josefina Lizarraga will demonstrate how to make products like cajeta de membrillo (quince bar dessert). Jesus Garcia will describe the importance of quince to Sonoran and southern Arizonan history and cuisine. Purchase quince products, quince fruit and much more.
