The Art of Plating

  • Copenhagen Imports 3660 E Fort Lowell Rd Tucson, Az (map)

The Art of Plating is a one-of-a-kind, inaugural event featuring some of Tucson’s top chefs (see below for full list).

Taking place inside the beautiful Copenhagen Furniture Store on Ft. Lowell — home to Tucson’s finest modern furniture for over three decades — guests will be treated to a variety of fine wines, artfully plated dishes, live music by the Zenith String Quartet, as well as have an opportunity to win an Ekornes of Norway Stressless Recliner & Ottoman ($4,079 value).

Spread throughout the store, the event will feature separate stations for each chef where the plating will take place. Guests will be able to sample small versions of each dish, and vote for their favorite in the People’s Choice award. A judges’ area will also be available for viewing dishes, taking pictures, and for the three judges to make their selections.

This event will be like no other food festival you’ve ever experienced. We’ve limited tickets and maximized food and drink, to help minimize line and wait times that are common at larger food festivals.

A portion of proceeds will benefit C-CAP (Careers through Culinary Arts Program).

A big special thanks to HF Coors for providing the plateware, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, and the Zenith String Quartet.

Special thanks to our sponsors:
