The Gastronomic Union of Tucson presents a culinary adventure that will showcase the influences of Padre Eusebio Kino’s travels and the foods he introduced to Pimería Alta and our beloved City of Gastronomy, Tucson. From orchard fruits to staple grains to livestock to legumes to vegetables and herbs, the foods that Kino introduced to this region radically transformed our culinary landscape.

The chefs of GUT will be highlighting the culinary legacy of Kino though a five-course meal including welcome cocktail, hors d’œuvre, and wine.

Welcome cocktail and hors d'oeuvre will begin at 6 pm

Located at the Carriage House, 125 S. Arizona Avenue in downtown Tucson.
