The mission of the Ajo Center of Sustainable Agriculture is to support the sustainable development of the local food system in Ajo, Arizona and the surrounding region. They provide agricultural education, allow healthy and culturally-appropriate foods to be more accessible, revitalize and preserve traditions, help local, food-based economic development, and establish partnerships throughout southern AZ.
