$40 Zoom Class: Love Letter to Calabria with Chef Michael Elefante of Mama Louisa's

Honoring the flavors of southern Italy, you’ll experiment with these flavors with Executive Chef Michael Elefante in an evening dedicated to Calabria. Mama Louisa’s is a certified restaurant with Tucson City of Gastronomy!

On the menu we will be making Ricotta cheese along with Chef, handmade and hand-cut fettuccine pasta, bacon chili jam with the famous peppers from the Diamante region that are an integral part of the region’s cuisine – all coming together for an incredible dish; Brussels sprouts and mushrooms topped with hazelnut brittle and a no-bake tiramisu. Sounds delicious right?
