If you are not familiar with Pastry Chef Marianne Banes, she is the chef of Kingfisher Bar & Grill who has been creating and serving special Passover desserts for decades. You won’t want to miss this class!
On the menu we will have a lemon trifle made with a matzoh meal sponge cake, layered with lemon cream made from lemon curd and whipped cream! Then fresh berries will garnish this dessert as well as a flourless chocolate torte (made with or without nuts).
